CarepathRx, a provider of health system pharmacy and medication management solutions, announced a comprehensive home infusion pharmacy partnership with New York-based academic health system Mount Sinai Health System.
The multi-year agreement will expand patient access to home infusion therapies across the Mount Sinai Health System, encompassing its eight hospitals and ambulatory footprint.

The Mount Sinai Health System encompasses eight hospitals, a leading school of medicine and biomedical sciences, and a vast network of ambulatory practices throughout the greater New York region.
