Brush up on your education by taking an online class this summer. The University of Vermont will offer a three-credit course, called Health Tech Life Cycle: Management Plan, that covers planning and management aspects of health care technology.

The course focuses on the health care technology life cycle: assessment, replacement, budgeting, acquisition, deployment, education, compliance, patient safety, and maintenance in the context of clinical engineering.

Many of the topics are part of the CCE exam. The course is fully online, and no textbooks are required. The class lasts from May 20 until August 9, 2013. To view the syllabus and registration, visit the UVM website.
