The company is now offering full-service support for both equipment and facilities at dental and medical practices across the country.

UptimeHealth, a provider of equipment service and compliance software for dental and medical practices, has partnered with National Facilities Direct, a company that provides facility maintenance services, to deliver a combined solution for managing clinical equipment and facility upkeep.

From suction units to ceiling tiles, this partnership aims to deliver an end-to-end support system that streamlines plumbing, electrical, handyman, janitorial, compliance, and clinical equipment services.

“Healthcare facilities are tired of juggling five vendors just to stay operational. This partnership brings total control to the people who actually run the practice-operations teams, office managers, and regional leaders,” says Jinesh Patel, CEO and co-founder of UptimeHealth and National Facilities Direct, in a release. “We’ve combined facility techs with clinical experts so nothing slips through the cracks. If it’s broken, we’ll know and we’ll fix it.”

According to a release from UptimeHealth, the partnership is designed to give dental and medical practices a single team to manage both equipment and facility. The platform offers one dashboard for work orders, compliance tracking, and asset management, and uses in-house technicians. It’s designed specifically for dental and medical settings, with real-time updates and workflows tailored to how practices operate.

“Facility issues too often disrupt productivity and patient care,” says Steve Coler, executive vice president at National Facilities Direct, in a release. “By aligning with UptimeHealth, we’re giving practices a smarter way to manage their environments, combining transparency, speed, and accountability from a single source they already trust.”
