The suite is designed to help teams more efficiently identify hot and cold zones and analyze temperature and humidity trends.

The Dickson Company announced the introduction of the Dickson Mapping Suite, a cloud-based temperature mapping solution. The suite is designed to streamline the identification of critical hot and cold zones and the analysis of temperature and humidity trends.

Its automated processes, including pre-launch visibility into data, aim to reduce the time required for mapping studies while delivering audit-ready outputs. Designed for highly regulated industries, including healthcare, life sciences, and pharmaceuticals, Dickson’s Mapping Suite combines wireless data loggers with long-range connectivity, automated data analysis, GxP- and FDA-compliant reports, and an intuitive interface to optimize storage environment management, according to a release from the company.

“With Mapping Suite from Dickson, teams can execute fully traceable, GxP-compliant mapping studies faster and more reliably, removing guesswork and easing the burden of audit preparation, with the support of a trusted partner in environmental monitoring,” says Rick Weiler, president and CEO of The Dickson Company.

Why Temperature Mapping?

In highly regulated industries, maintaining stable storage conditions is critical. Uncontrolled temperature fluctuations can compromise pharmaceutical efficacy, food quality, and financial stability due to product loss. Temperature mapping helps identify critical hot and cold spots, verify environmental uniformity, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

The mapping suite is designed to streamline temperature mapping studies with automated data collection, one-click reporting, and tools to support regulatory compliance with standards like GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and EU Annex 11. The kit includes preconfigured sensors, data loggers, and a cellular gateway that can be deployed in under 15 minutes without IT support.

Available by subscription, the platform also offers optional validation documentation to support onboarding and internal quality assurance.
