New integrations with Epic and Rauland aim to expand access to RTLS data across clinical workflows and communication platforms.

CenTrak, a provider of real-time location system (RTLS) solutions, announced expanded integration capabilities with Epic and Rauland. The company’s RTLS platform has been added to Epic Toolbox for the RTLS category and validated through Rauland’s VIP Program for use with Responder Enterprise.

“Interoperability is central to delivering a modern healthcare experience and supports measurable improvements in safety and efficiency,” says Sid Nair, senior vice president of product management at CenTrak, in a release. “By standardizing our integrations with solutions like Epic and Rauland, we’re helping providers unify workflow data across systems they use every day.”

According to the company, inclusion in Epic Toolbox enables access to RTLS data within the Epic environment, including the location of staff, patients, and mobile medical equipment. The integration is also designed to support workflow automation.

Through the Rauland VIP Program, CenTrak’s RTLS platform integrates with Responder Enterprise to support functions such as automated nurse call cancellation, response documentation, and staff duress alerts.

CenTrak says the integrations are intended to support system connectivity across clinical and communication platforms.

CenTrak will be exhibiting at AONL 2026 in Chicago from March 29 to April 1.
