Jacksonville, Fla.-based CE-Tech is expanding its presence in the Southeast with the acquisition of Miami-based medical equipment maintenance services company Medical Instrumentation Technical Services, LLC.

CE-Tech’s service portfolio consists of technical services, management services, preowned and new equipment sales, life safety, and facility management services. The company’s service portfolio will not change with the acquisition of Medical Instrumentation Technical Services, LLC, CE-Tech say; however, the number of facilities that can be served will increase.
