The Joint Commission and the National Quality Forum have announced the 2015 recipients of the annual John M. Eisenberg Patient Safety and Quality Awards. The awards, presented at NQF’s annual conference April 7-8, 2016, in Washington, DC, honored industry leaders for initiatives to reduce patient deaths and control healthcare costs.
