The certifications validate the company’s quality management and information security standards for its real-time location systems used in healthcare.

AiRISTA, a provider of real-time location systems (RTLS), has achieved both ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certifications, reinforcing its commitment to product quality and information security.

The certifications, which followed an independent audit by DQS, confirm that the company’s operations align with internationally recognized standards. ISO 9001 recognizes AiRISTA’s adherence to a quality management system that supports consistent performance and continuous improvement. ISO 27001 affirms that the company’s internal systems and cloud infrastructure meet high standards for managing information security risks, a key consideration for RTLS deployments in hospitals and other enterprise environments.

In healthcare, AiRISTA’s systems are used for applications such as clinical asset tracking, patient flow optimization, and staff duress solutions. The company notes that as the use of RTLS for staff safety and operational efficiency expands, the certifications validate the resilience of its processes for enterprise-scale requirements.

“Achieving ISO 9001 and 27001 is more than checking a box—it reflects the discipline, maturity, and cross-functional alignment in how AiRISTA designs, delivers, and supports our solutions,” says Jon Collins, director of integrated product solutions, and Diederik Houben, chief operating officer at AiRISTA, in a joint statement. “Organizations across healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, and other industries rely on us for mission-critical safety, efficiency, and operational visibility. These certifications confirm that we’re not only innovative, but also a secure, reliable, and consistently high-quality partner.”
