From advanced scanners to adaptive AI workflows, RSNA 2025 exhibitors debuted imaging tools aimed at personalizing care and improving efficiency.

Each year, the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) annual meeting serves as a global stage for unveiling new imaging technologies. At RSNA 2025: Imaging the Individual, held Nov 30 to Dec 4 at McCormick Place in Chicago, exhibitors showcased innovations designed to advance precision care and streamline workflows while supporting equitable access. The following selections reflect innovations showcased across the exhibit hall.

Siemens Healthineers – Biograph Trinion.X PET/CT

The Biograph Trinion.X PET/CT scanner¹ has two new axial field of view (aFOV) configurations—36 cm and 48 cm—for higher sensitivity and extended coverage. Proprietary X-Class detector technology delivers 197-ps time of flight (TOF)² for improved lesion detectability, making Biograph Trinion.X the only air-cooled PET/CT with < 199-ps TOF.

Fujifilm – FDR Go iQ Portable Digital Radiography (DR) System

Fujifilm’s latest innovative DR portable is built for busy radiology departments, equipped with an intuitive touch display at the tube and convenient in-bin detector for smart charging. A built-in 3D camera provides live positioning guidance and auto sensing of tube angle and SID for enhanced exam precision. Together with Fujifilm’s trademark of image quality and low-dose technologies, FDR Go iQ brings x-ray room image quality to bedside exams.


Fujifilm – Persona C-HR Mobile Fluoroscopy C-Arm

Fujifilm’s latest high-resolution C-arm features 25 kW power, high-sensitivity detector, and 82 cm wide opening to deliver high-quality imaging at low dose. Designed for demanding OR workflows, it offers 30 fps pulsed fluoroscopy, active cooling, dual workstation controls, and advanced vascular capabilities in a lightweight, surgeon-friendly design.

Fujifilm – Synapse One End-to-end Workflow Solution

Synapse One is Fujifilm’s end-to-end workflow solution specifically designed for the outpatient imaging market. The customizable technology allows organizations to bring Synapse solutions together on one platform that will best support their unique operational needs. Synapse One is hosted in Amazon Web Services’ secure public cloud to remove data center expenses, reduce IT complexities, and lower operational costs by trusting in a single-vendor system.


Fujifilm – Enterprise PACS

Fujifilm’s flagship PACS delivers cloud-enabled enterprise imaging experiences that are tailored to each specialty and workflow, including radiology, mammography, cardiology, pathology, and point-of-care ultrasound. It unites radiology and cardiology data on a single database while centralizing all imaging content in the VNA to present a holistic patient view, alleviate resource constraints, and reduce IT overhead. The system also introduced Synapse Viewer eXtension: a native PACS application that’s centered on speed and delivers a consistent reading experience regardless of location.
