The clinical asset management company also earns Best-in-Class Leadership honors.

TRIMEDX has been named one of North America’s most Inspiring Workplaces for 2025 by the Inspiring Workplaces Group, landing at No 30 on the organization’s annual Top 100 list.

The Indianapolis-based clinical asset management company was the only healthcare technology management organization to make this year’s list and was also recognized as Best in Class for Leadership, one of eight organizations to receive that distinction.

The awards, announced June 25 at an event in Chicago, celebrate companies that have built strong PeopleFirst cultures. Inspiring Workplaces evaluates entries based on six key areas: culture and purpose, leadership, wellbeing, inclusion, employee voice, and employee experience.

“This recognition belongs to every associate who contributes to our mission and culture,” says TRIMEDX CEO Neil de Crescenzo in a release. He adds, “As we continue to grow and evolve, our focus remains on creating an environment where people feel seen, valued, and empowered.”

This year’s results build on TRIMEDX’s 2024 performance, when it ranked No 29 in North America and No 30 globally. In 2025, it stood out for its leadership development programs, associate engagement efforts, and ongoing investment in innovation.

“Being named an Inspiring Workplace and recognized for leadership is a powerful reflection of our culture and the incredible people who bring it to life every day,” says Dawn Griffin, TRIMEDX’s chief human resources officer, in a release.

Matt Manners, founder of the Inspiring Workplaces Group, says the recognition highlights organizations that are embracing a people-first approach as a long-term business strategy. “With AI reshaping the way we work and live, companies that continue to prioritize profit over people may find themselves facing short-term wins but long-term setbacks,” Manners said. “PeopleFirst isn’t optional. It’s essential.”

TRIMEDX was listed among the top performers in the Large Business category (500–4,999 employees).

Organizations interested in being considered for the 2026 Inspiring Workplaces Awards can now enter. The program is open across six global regions, and the deadline to apply is Feb 19, 2026.
