Clinical teams can now be trained to personalize scan settings directly within SwiftMR.

AIRS Medical has introduced an update to its AI-powered MRI software, SwiftMR, adding new customization tools, enhanced security measures, and expanded cloud integration. The company says the update introduces new capabilities designed to give providers more flexibility and independence in their MRI operations.

With this update, clinical teams can now be trained to personalize scan settings directly within SwiftMR. This added capability is intended to support greater adaptability, helping health systems and enterprise networks standardize imaging across locations.

Users can adjust image settings to match clinical needs, fine-tune protocols for different body parts, and make changes immediately and independently. Security upgrades include stronger password policies, multi-factor authentication, and improved session management to bolster data security. The software now also connects directly to platforms such as Incepto, eliminating the need for gateway PCs.

Improvements in image quality, including artifact reduction and fewer signal dropouts, are also part of the release.

“This update is about giving SwiftMR users the ability to adapt in real-time to both clinical and operational demands,” says Jina Park, chief strategy officer and head of US operations, in a release. “It reflects our commitment to helping imaging providers deliver faster, more personalized care.”

SwiftMR is designed to enhance and accelerate MRI scans, integrating into existing imaging workflows. This software update is currently available in the United States and South Korea, with availability in additional regions expected in the future.
