DirectMed Parts & Service, LLC, a Poway, Calif.-based medical imaging parts, systems, and service company, has acquired Omaha, Neb.-based ScanMed, LLC, a provider of MRI coil design, manufacture, and repair. Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
