On Friday, August 16, AAMI will hold the third installment in its webinar series on “Customer Service Skills for HTM Professionals.” The topic will be “Dealing with Difficult People,” led by Abbe Meehan, president of TEC Resource Center, Farmingdale, NY. Attendees will learn the importance of dealing with difficult people in the workplace, how to cope effectively with difficult people, and how to reduce the frustration associated with dealing with different types of behavioral styles.
