The Georgia Biomedical Instrumentation Society will hold its 2014 Technical Conference & Equipment Workshop on August 15–16 at the Southern Regional Emory Healthcare Network in Riverdale, Ga. The event will include two full days of educational sessions and networking opportunities, as well as door prizes, “BMET of the Year” and “Vendor of the Year” presentations, and Vendor Appreciation/Lifetime Member Hour at the show hotel, the Comfort Suites Atlanta Airport.
Keynoting the event will be motivational guest speaker Maysam Ghovanloo, PhD, on the faculty of electrical engineering at Georgia Tech. The expo will host up to 30 vendor booths.
