reLink Medical will be relocating from Aurora, Ohio, to Twinsburg Township, Ohio, in mid-January, due to heightened equipment demand. The new space will feature more than 76,000 square feet of space, 60,000 square feet of which will be dedicated to processing medical equipment arriving directly from hospitals.

“Everything we do is driven by and for the hospitals we serve and [to meet] the needs of those purchasing the excess and out-of-service devices we dispose of,” says Jeff Dalton, CEO of reLink Medical. “This new facility will transform how we serve our customers and partners—and allow us to add even more value to the equipment disposition process for the healthcare industry.”

The new facility was designed to deliver faster, modality-based equipment triage and handling and includes biomedical testing and inspection stations. Additional technology infrastructure upgrades will further expand the inventory information and management capabilities for the benefit of hospitals, reLink Medical officials say. Buyers will enjoy full-service onsite equipment preview and testing opportunities, as well as access to high-capacity pickup and shipping options.

“We are thrilled with the growth of the reLink 360 Program and the way health systems are currently benefitting from all we can offer,” adds Dalton. “We have several exciting innovations planned for hospitals and those seeking secondary market equipment. This new location is designed to allow us to deliver them faster and better than ever before.”
