Delray Beach, Fla.-based third-party healthcare technology management company 626 has acquired Lawrenceville, Ga.-based Digitec Medical, a service, training, and parts provider for  original equipment manufacturer mammography solutions, as well as Little Egg Harbor, N.J.-based Independence Cryogenic Engineering (ICE), a provider of compressors, cold heads, lines, and helium.
